The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Officer is responsible for implementing and overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs within an organization. They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
• Provide safety training to employees and contractors
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
