Job Description: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure
• Install and configure hardware and software components
• Monitor performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology requirements and provide scalable solutions
• Implement security measures to protect the organization's data and systems
• Document infrastructure configurations and processes

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA are a plus
