Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and manage the organization's IT infrastructure
• Ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data
• Monitor the network for security breaches and investigate any incidents
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Provide technical support and assistance to end users
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT infrastructure meets business needs

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (networking, server administration, virtualization, etc.)
• Experience with security tools and technologies (firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, etc.)
• Understanding of security best practices and regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNA are a plus
