Job Description: Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
• Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and quality

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of interior design principles and construction methods
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing interior fit-out projects is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
