Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operations and connectivity
• Train users on how to use new systems and software
• Document support processes and procedures

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, network administration, and technical support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
• Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
