Position: IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to employees
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Setting up accounts for new users and managing access control
• Ensuring security and privacy of data
• Training staff on new systems and software applications
• Keeping documentation and records of IT support issues and resolutions

Skill Sets:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, systems, and networks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA A+ are a plus
