• Provide technical support to staff on hardware and software issues
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems
• Document and maintain IT procedures and processes

Skill Sets

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve IT issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with network administration and security
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
