Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in estimating and controlling costs for construction projects
• Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and procurement of materials
• Review project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost savings
