Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintaining cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects
• Conducting on-site visits and inspections to assess work progress and resolve any discrepancies
• Negotiating and liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery
• Providing advice on contractual matters and assisting in the resolution of disputes
• Supervising and mentoring junior quantity surveyors and other team members
