Junior Recruiter Job Description

A Junior Recruiter is responsible for assisting the recruitment team in finding and attracting top talent for the organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment documentation is up to date
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
