Job Description:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key clients and company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Identifying and growing opportunities within key accounts
  • Ensuring delivery of solutions and services to meet client needs
