The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. They work closely with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address those needs. The Learning & Development Manager also evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and makes recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs
• Develop training programs to address identified needs
• Implement and deliver training programs to employees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluation results
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
