• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
• Maintain patient records and ensure they are up to date
• Collect co-payments and billing information
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
