We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Executive. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Process employee time and attendance data to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Calculate and process employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions
• Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
• Generate payroll reports and summaries for management review
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
