The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules for construction projects. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules using software tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project deadlines are met
• Provide regular progress reports to the project team, management, and clients
• Identify and implement improvements to project scheduling processes

Skill Sets

• Strong proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in construction project management is preferred
