The PMO Specialist is responsible for supporting the Project Management Office in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the organization. They work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project management processes and tools
• Provide administrative support to project managers, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining project documentation
• Track project timelines and milestones, and report on progress to stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenses
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to project managers for resolution
• Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in a project management or PMO role is preferred
