The Pre-commissioning Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all systems and equipment are tested, inspected, and ready for operation before commissioning. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that all pre-commissioning activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop pre-commissioning procedures and schedules
• Coordinate pre-commissioning activities with project teams
• Perform equipment inspections and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve any pre-commissioning issues
• Compile pre-commissioning documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide technical support to project teams

Skill Sets:

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
• Experience in pre-commissioning activities in the oil and gas industry
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
