The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating materials and services for an organization. They will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services while maintaining a cost-effective approach.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials and services according to company needs and budget constraints.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for purchases.
• Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain relationships with current suppliers and identify and establish relationships with new suppliers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless procurement processes.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of purchases.
• Resolve any issues that may arise with purchased goods or services.
