Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Executive to handle the company's purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Source new suppliers and vendors through research and networking
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
• Monitor and track inventory levels
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Review and analyze purchase requests
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
• Review and approve purchase orders
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure purchasing needs are met
