We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA QC FM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all facilities management projects through effective quality control and quality assurance measures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of facilities management projects
• Analyze data and create reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and implement solutions
• Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and project planning meetings

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in facilities management or construction industry
• Certifications in quality control or facilities management are a plus
