Responsibilities:

• Estimating and costing of materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects
• Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and cost reports
• Conducting on-site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with specifications
• Managing project finances and controlling costs throughout the construction process
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Skill Sets:

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD and MS Excel
