A Recruitment Manager is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and recruiting talented candidates for various positions within a company. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
• Negotiate job offers and prepare employment contracts
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
