• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Provide feedback to candidates and communicate next steps in the hiring process
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment reports
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
