Job Description: REGISTERED NURSE-ER

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room (ER)
• Triage patients efficiently based on their condition and prioritize care accordingly
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Assess patient's vital signs and response to treatments
• Document patient care and response to interventions in medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in emergency response team activities as needed

Skill Sets:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
