Registered Nurse - Operation Theater

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and set-up of the operation theater
• Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia during surgery
• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
• Ensure the safe and effective functioning of equipment in the operation theater
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide emotional support and information to patients and their families
• Clean and sterilize the operation theater after each procedure
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care

Skill Sets:

• Valid RN license
• Previous experience in operation theater nursing preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and medical equipment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
