Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and address any client concerns or questions
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service to clients
• Keep track of client account activities and provide regular updates to management
