The RESUBMISSION OFFICER is responsible for handling and processing resubmissions of documents or forms that were initially rejected due to errors or missing information. They are tasked with reviewing the rejected submissions, identifying the reasons for rejection, and working with the initial submitter to correct the errors and resubmit the documents for approval.

Responsibilities

• Assist submitter in correcting errors and resubmitting documents
• Keep detailed records of resubmissions and outcomes
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely resubmissions
