The Rigging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all rigging operations on site, ensuring that all equipment and materials are properly secured and lifted in accordance with safety standards. They will also manage a team of riggers and provide guidance and support throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise rigging operations on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage a team of riggers, assign tasks, and provide training and support
• Inspect rigging equipment and materials to ensure they meet safety standards
• Closely monitor rigging activities during lifts to prevent accidents and ensure successful completion of the project
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate rigging activities with overall project timeline

Skill Sets:

• Extensive knowledge of rigging techniques and safety procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a rigging supervisor role or similar position
