Job Description:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to current clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and goals
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
