A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and directing a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. They are also in charge of developing sales strategies and implementing them to drive revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Leading and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Training and coaching sales team members to improve their performance
• Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies
• Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
