A Scrum Master is responsible for leading and facilitating Agile/Scrum practices in a software development team. They work closely with the Product Owner and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
• Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices
• Remove obstacles and help the team to overcome challenges
• Track and report on project progress using Agile metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog
• Ensure the team is following Agile principles and practices

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
