Job Description:

An SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher is responsible for teaching students with special needs, such as learning disabilities or physical impairments. They work closely with students to develop individualized education plans and provide support to help them succeed in their academic and personal development.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs.
• Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs.
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Advocating for students with special needs and ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and support.
