Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for upper management.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.

Skill Sets:

• CPA certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
