Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

• Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and specifications
• Stay current on architectural trends, codes, and technologies

Skill Sets:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and designers
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
