Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
• Develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and materials

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure as an architect
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
