Senior HR Manager Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Manage the performance review process and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Monitor key HR KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Skill Sets:

• Proven experience as an HR manager or senior HR generalist
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
