The Senior HR Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resource function within a company. They play a strategic role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
• Manage employee engagement and retention efforts to create a positive work culture
• Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational performance
