The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system within the organization. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's digital assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures
• Design and deploy IAM solutions to meet business requirements
• Monitor and analyze IAM systems for security risks and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM processes
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Perform regular audits and assessments of IAM systems

Skill Sets:

• Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Single Sign-On
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certifications in IAM or related fields (e.g. CISSP, CISM) are a plus
