As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and internal teams. You will also be involved in troubleshooting technical issues, resolving problems, and managing escalated support tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams
• Document support interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with other support specialists and teams to improve processes and procedures
• Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and best practices

Skill Sets:

• Strong technical background with experience in IT support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with ticketing systems and support tools
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
