The Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IAM solutions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate security risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and improve overall security posture.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement IAM solutions to meet business requirements
• Manage access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
• Lead IAM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations
• Provide subject matter expertise on IAM technologies and best practices
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategies and roadmaps
• Investigate and respond to security incidents related to IAM

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and RBAC
• Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or ForgeRock
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
• Understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, GDPR)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are a plus
