Senior IAM Engineer

Job Description:

The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to protect the organization's digital assets. They work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement access controls, authentication protocols, and identity verification mechanisms. The Senior IAM Engineer also participates in the design and management of IAM systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions
• Develop access control policies and procedures
• Manage identity verification and authentication mechanisms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their IAM requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM system issues
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IAM

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies
• Experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Okta, and SailPoint
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Certifications in IAM, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus
