Job Description:

The Senior Manager HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization. They provide strategic HR leadership and support to business leaders and managers, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices that drive workforce engagement, productivity, and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the organization
• Provide strategic HR leadership and support to business leaders and managers
• Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and practices
• Drive workforce engagement, productivity, and retention
• Lead HR initiatives and projects, such as talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
• Partner with managers to address employee performance issues and provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and effective HR practices across the organization

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience as a HRBP or HR Manager in a large organization
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
