A Service Advisor plays a crucial role in the automotive industry by acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring that vehicles receive proper maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns
• Schedule service appointments and manage service queues
• Communicate service recommendations and price estimates to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions
