Job Description - Soft Skill Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs on various soft skills such as communication, team building, leadership, time management, etc.
• Assess training needs of individuals or organizations and develop customized training plans.
• Conduct interactive workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance soft skills of participants.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in soft skill training.
