• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and agreements
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for subcontracted projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of subcontracted work
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status
