The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for an organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the organization and develop strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
• Track and report key metrics related to recruitment and hiring activities
