Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals and deadlines
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field
