Job Description:

The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's tax compliance and reporting. This includes preparing and reviewing tax returns, researching tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic tax planning advice to optimize the company's financial position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
• Provide guidance on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during tax audits
• Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Analyze financial data and prepare tax provisions and accruals
