We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote our products or services to generate sales
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Report on sales activity and outcomes

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
