Job Description: Workforce Manager - Festival

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of festival staff and volunteers
• Create and maintain schedules for all festival workers, ensuring adequate coverage for all areas
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on attendance and operational needs
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Maintain accurate records of employee and volunteer information, including contact details and hours worked
• Handle any staffing issues or conflicts that may arise during the festival

Skill Sets:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with workforce management software is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
